Subscription Cancellations
Sincerely Mail Club operates as a recurring monthly subscription service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting us at hello@sincerelymailclub.com.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be made before your next scheduled payment date.
After Payment Has Been Processed
Once a subscription payment has been successfully processed, that month's mail package will begin preparation and production. As a result, processed subscription payments are generally non-refundable.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew for future billing cycles after cancellation.
Failed Payments
If a subscription payment cannot be processed, your subscription may be paused or cancelled until a valid payment method is provided.
Changes to Subscription Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription offerings at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to subscribers in advance whenever possible.
