Scan the QR code to listen to an audio storytelling version of the monthly letter or story in a soft, comforting voice.

How It Works:

• Sincerely Mail Club is a recurring monthly subscription. You’ll be charged when you join, then automatically on the same date each month unless cancelled.

• Each month’s sincerely mail is carefully prepared and sent during the first week of the month. Join anytime before the end of the current month to make sure your next letter finds its way to your mailbox the following month. (For example: join anytime in June to receive July’s edition)

Estimated delivery times after posting:

Delivery within Australia usually takes around 1-2 weeks. International mail may take approximately 2–4 weeks depending on location.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal or seasonal delays.

• Shipping is already included, so there are no extra postage surprises along the way.

Manage Your Subscription:
When you subscribe, you’ll create a customer account during checkout. After your purchase, you’ll receive a few automated emails, including one asking you to verify your account. This step isn’t required to start your subscription, but verifying your account makes it easier to log in later if you’d like to change your payment details, or cancel your subscription. If you don’t see the verification email, you might need to check your spam folder.

Cancelling your subscription:
You can cancel anytime via your customer account or by contacting me directly.
Cancellations made before your next billing date will stop the following month’s charge.
Once a payment has been processed and your letter is being prepared or posted, that month’s order can’t be refunded.

Changes of address:
Unfortunately, shipping addresses can’t be updated on active subscriptions. If you need to change your address, please cancel your current subscription and purchase a new one.

Letters sent within Australia and overseas are sent without tracking. If your letter hasn’t arrived within four weeks of posting please contact me at hello@sincerelymailclub.com so we can have it sorted.
